Yahoo Mail is a great way to keep in touch with family and friends while on the go. It's also convenient to send important emails, such as receipts or bills. If you want to add your signature to the bottom of any email you send from Yahoo Mail, follow these steps.

1. Click on the Adjust Mail Settings

Once you visit your Yahoo Mail account, click on Adjust Mail Settings at the top of the email window. Two options will appear, Signature and Composing. Select either one of them to add a signature to your emails.

2. Choose a Signature Option

You can turn the signature option on or off. To turn it on, click the Settings icon in the upper right corner of your screen and then click Mail under Accounts and Import. Under Signatures, select On. You'll see a box where you can type in text that will appear at the bottom of every email message you send from your account.

3. Type Your Text in the Text Box

In the Signature text box, type your name and contact information, if desired. You can use any font and color combination that you like. If you prefer to keep it simple, choose a solid color with black text. For example, you can use a grey background with white font.

You can also add an image or logo to your signature. Using Yahoo Mail's formatting tools, you can:

  • Select the Insert Image icon at the top of the page when composing an email.
  • Click on Insert Image from your message composition window.

4. Save Your Changes

Don't forget to click on Save. Check the box next to Save at the bottom of your screen, then hit Save. Next time you open Yahoo Mail, your signature should be waiting for you.

From there, we realized that consumers still needed more detailed help solving the most common problems, so we expanded to this set of guides, which grows every day. And if you spot any issues with our How to Add a Signature to Yahoo Mail? guide, please let us know by sending us feedback. We want to be as helpful as possible.
